This is handled by Merit Capital and can be offset from your previous years income tax.

As an angel you will recieve two investment opportunities per month. The investment decision is entirely down to the angel and you can choose to invest into one, both or neither of the opportunities for each month. Diversification is encouraged to obtain the best results.

While there is no minimum set out for each angel, Founders can set minimum ticket sizes which angels will need to abide by if investing in those opportunities.
